Mojo Jojo is an evil monkey who lives on top of a volcano in the middle of Townsville. He was the one who made the professor spill Chemical-X into the Powerpuff Girls formula. So he was the one who created the Powerpuff Girls and stopped crime in Townsville. Also in one of the short cartoons Bubbles acts like Mojo-jojo. I think Mojo jojo is one of the best villians, because without him, their wouldn't be Powerpuff Girls the way they were.
